The photothermal dual-curing polyurethane emulsion is composed of an epoxy-terminated silicone polyurethane modified with hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and capped with propylene glycol diglycidyl ester, and a double-bond capped polyurethane obtained by chain extension with glycerol monoglycidyl ether and capping with hydroxyethyl acrylate. Next, an ink-absorbing coating containing mercapto-modified silica, acrylamide monomer, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is coated onto the hydrophobic layer, cross-linking to form an ink-absorbing layer. Finally, a polyvinyl alcohol solution is coated onto the ink-absorbing layer to form a surface layer. The thermal sublimation transfer paper coating designed by this invention exhibits strong adhesion and excellent transfer effect.
