phenol-rich components are used for partially replacing
phenol (the replacement rate is 10-50%), the phenol-rich components react with
formaldehyde under the
catalysis of
potassium hydroxide to synthesize phenolic resin, and
sesbania powder is added for thickening. And compounding the thickened phenolic resin with the separated heavy components to obtain the composite
adhesive. The
adhesive and
straw biochar are mixed and molded in proportion, and the straw-based
granular activated carbon is prepared through the processes of hardening,
carbonization,
coupling activation and the like. The
carbon tetrachloride adsorption rate of the product is greater than or equal to 60%, the strength is greater than or equal to 90%, and high-value utilization of straw
tar and
charcoal is realized.
