The invention relates to a hydrocarbon substance aging resisting instrument cable for a petrochemical plant and a manufacturing method thereof. Insulation layers are arranged on the periphery of conductors in an extruded mode to form insulation wire cores, every two insulation wire cores are twisted to form one twisted wire pair, multiple sets of twisted wire pairs are twisted and form a cable core, an anti-flaming fireproof longitudinal wrapping strap, an aluminum foil composite shielding strap, a hydrocarbon substance aging resisting lining layer, a nylon internal protecting sleeve and a hydrocarbon substance aging resisting outer protecting sleeve wrap the periphery of the cable core in sequence, the aluminum foil face of the aluminum foil composite shielding strap faces inwards, and a copper wire drainage thread is arranged on the inner side of the aluminum foil composite shielding strap. The inner lining layer and the outer protecting sleeve comprise the components, by weight, 15 parts of PVC-SG2, 5 parts of NBR3305, 3-7 parts of adipic acid propylene glycol polymers, 2-3 parts of epoxidized soybean oil, 0.6-1 part of barium stearate, 1-1.5 parts of lead sulfate tribasic, 0.05-0.1 part of phenol propane, 3-5 parts of antimonous oxide, 0.1-0.5 part of chlorinated paraffin-52 and 0.3-0.5 part of ferrocene. The cable is capable of resisting hydrocarbon substance aging, small in outer diameter and low in weight.
