An assembled spiral radiator is characterized in that a plurality of straight pipes (3) which are sequentially stacked and distributed side by side from top to bottom are adopted as
metal guide pipes, a plurality of spiral sheet sections (1) are sequentially arranged on the outer wall of each
metal guide
pipe in the axis direction of the
metal guide
pipe, and each spiral sheet section (1) is composed of continuous spiral sheets (2) formed on the outer wall of the metal guide
pipe in an
extrusion mode. The spiral sheets (2) are used as radiating fins; u-shaped connecting pipes (15) are further arranged at the same side ends of each group of adjacent metal conduits, the upper ends of the U-shaped connecting pipes (15) are assembled and connected with the outlets of the metal conduits on the upper side, and the lower ends of the U-shaped connecting pipes (15) are assembled and connected with the inlets of the metal conduits on the lower side, so that all the metal conduits are sequentially assembled, connected and communicated through the U-shaped connecting pipes (15); according to the assembled spiral radiator, a penetrating structure is omitted, meanwhile, manufacturing and assembling are more convenient, assembling work is simplified, and in addition, the guide pipe and the radiating fins are integrally designed.
