A related method for rapidly starting anaerobic ammoxidation by utilizing an anaerobic filter comprises: utilizing denitrification sludge to perform inoculation, performing an activated-sludge membrane-forming stage and reaction-starting first, second and third stages, utilizing simulated wastewater and breeding wastewater for domestication, and precisely controlling water inlet conditions, so as to realize rapid starting of anaerobic ammoxidation. By utilizing the efficient adhesion performance of a filling material and through variation of control conditions at different stages, and the method is capable of accelerating domestication process of microbes and culturing stable anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria flora within 2-3 months, and is large in biomass, rapid in starting process and good in processing effect. The method is capable of processing low-concentration simulated waste water, and also is capable of realizing stable efficient processing of high-concentration breeding wastewater through a period of domestication, and gives play to dual effects of reducing total nitrogen and COD.

The invention discloses a converter soft start control circuit and a control method applicable to an analog control system. A synchronous rectification Buck converter is a common bidirectional DC-DC conversion circuit topology which can realize bidirectional flow of energy. In a battery charge / discharge occasion, a relatively great start current spike is caused by adopting the traditional soft start scheme with slowly spreading duty cycle or when the inductive current in a rated steady state works in a light-load discontinuous mode after the start. In the invention, with the existing closed-loop PID regulator of a converter, the duty cycle is preset at a given duty cycle in a closed-loop manner before start. At the start moment, closed-loop start is carried out with the preset duty cycle, and great current shock is avoided while quick dynamic response of the start process can be realized to accelerate the start process. The invention can remarkably reduce the current shock in start and also is applicable to the occasions of multiple phase shedding start control of battery loads, voltage source type loads, resistive loads and converters.
