Embodiment

[0061] Hereinafter, based on an Example, this invention is demonstrated more concretely.

Embodiment 1

[0065] The compressed dry powder of coconut mesocarp fiber residue obtained in the above-mentioned production example and polyethylene were mixed at a weight ratio of 30:70 to produce pellets. The pellets and polyethylene were blended at a weight ratio of 2.4:97.6 to be used as a material for non-biodegradable plastic moldings.

[0066] The above-mentioned material was formed into a film at a processing temperature of 160° C. using an air-expanding extrusion molding machine to form a film molded product with a thickness of 25 μm.

Embodiment 2

[0068] A film molded product having a thickness of 25 μm was obtained by the same procedure as in Example 1 above except that the above-mentioned pellets and polyethylene were mixed in a weight ratio of 1.5:98.5.

Abstract

A nonbiodegradable plastic molding that when subjected to incineration disposal, realizes reduction of the volume of carbon dioxide emitted from nonbiodegradable plastic. With the intent to reduce the volume of carbon dioxide emitted from nonbiodegradable plastic in the incineration disposal, there is provided a nonbiodegradable plastic molding produced by shaping a mixture comprising: (A) 99.9 to 70 wt.% of nonbiodegradable plastic, and (B) 0.1 to 30 wt.% of powder obtained by compression drying of coconut mesocarp fiber junk.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a non-biodegradable plastic molded article. Specifically, it provides a non-biodegradable plastic molded article in which the amount of carbon dioxide emitted from plastic is reduced during incineration. Background technique [0002] In modern society, an enormous amount of plastic products are used, and problems related to the disposal of used plastic products are becoming increasingly serious. As a disposal method for used plastic products, landfill, incineration, recycling, etc. can be performed. [0003] However, only a very small fraction of used plastic is recycled. There are also many problems such as the high cost required for recycling and the reduction in the quality of plastics during recycling. [0004] Furthermore, with regard to landfill disposal, there are problems of damaging the environment due to the establishment of new landfills or insufficient landfills. However, in recent years, a biodegradable l...
