Abstract

The manufacturing process for a hose elbow joint comprises the steps of a. preparing materials; b. machining convex rings; c. forming reducing joints; d. bending a pipe body; and e. forming a flange joint. In the step b, the periphery of a pipe is provided with a jig and one end of the pipe is inserted in an extrusion sleeve to enable a cylinder at the center of the extrusion sleeve to be inserted into the pipe. Meanwhile, the insertion end of the pipe abuts against the pressing surface at the periphery of the cylinder. A gap is reserved between the pressing surface of the jig and the pressing surface of the extrusion sleeve. The extrusion sleeve approaches the jig under the action of a pressure actuated device. Under the extrusion effect of the jig, the extrusion sleeve and the cylinder, a convex ring protruded outwardly is formed on the pipe. The manufacturing method for a hose has the advantages of simple machining technique, low manufacturing cost, good molding effect and the like.
