Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing technique for strengthening a polar plate with melt-blown non woven fabric. After the dust of a manufactured finished polar plate is removed, a melt-blown non woven fabric device is adopted to spray a PP plastic or a polyester material which are comprise with hot adhesive under a melt state to form the non woven fabric, the non woven fabric is uniformly attached to the surface of the finished polar plate to form a non woven fabric layer and spray plastic strips on the surface of the non woven fabric layer. The manufacturing technique of the invention sprays the non woven fabric layer on the surface of the finished polar plate; as the fabric in the melt state comprises the hot adhesive component, thus the non woven fabric layer has excellent adhesive attraction; and as the directions of the sprayed non woven fabric are unorderly, a formed covering layer is porous; both the hole rate and aperture can be changed by adjusting a melt-blown device; the adhesive intensity can be changed by adjusting the content of the hot adhesive and adjusting the pressure of the melt-blown device, thus not only being capable of improving the intensity of the polar plate to prevent active substances from falling off, but also being capable of leading sulphuric acid solution to be dispersed into the inside of the polar plate successfully; an inner resistance is extremely low; the property of the polar plate can be improve; the technique is simplified and the manufacture cost is reduced.
