Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing chlorophyll, leaf protein and feed additive by fresh sisal and banma leaf juice. The method comprises the following steps that: banma residue produced after hard fibre on sisal or banma leaves is scraped is pressed by a presser to produce fresh leaf juice; ethanol, gasoline or ethyl acetate is added into the fresh leaf juice, fully stirred, kept stand and divided into three layers; the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer are filtered; filter residues are collected together, washed and dried to produce the leaf protein; filtrates in the middle layer and the upper layer are collected together to produce a chlorophyll extract; the chlorophyll extract is used to reclaim the ethanol, gasoline or ethyl acetate to produce paste chlorophyll; and the filtrate in the lower layer is reclaimed and condensed to produce the feed additive. The method realizes the comprehensive utilization of sisal and banma, greatly improves the economical value of the sisal and the banma and essentially solves the pollution of waste produced after the hard fibre on the sisal or the banma leaves is extracted on environment, thereby almost achieving zero emission.
