Abstract

The invention relates to an neutral-gear structure of a bicycle; wherein, one fluted disc set is provided with the neutral-gear structure; the neutral-gear structure includes a free fluted disc and a bearing; the center of the free fluted disc is pivoted and sheathed on the rotating component of the fluted disc set by the bearing, which leads the rotating component to be in a corresponding relation of opposite bidirectional idle with the free fluted disc. The chain of a double-wheel bicycle can be switched on the fluted disc set and the free fluted disc by the control of a speed shifting unit. The speed shifting unit is set with a neutral position which showes that the chain is hung on the free fluted disc. The free fluted disc is additionally provided with a safety device; the safety device forms an interlocking relation between the free fluted disc and the fluted disc set.
