Problems solved by technology

In the above-mentioned laser, since the dispersion angle between the third harmonic light 90 and the fundamental frequency light 26 and the transmitted second harmonic light 92 is very small, it takes a relatively long distance to make the third harmonic light and the fundamental frequency light 26 and The transmitted second harmonic light 92 is completely separated, thus increasing the output distance and output difficulty of the third harmonic light

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The frequency tripled solid-state laser of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments, taking a solid-state laser with a wavelength of 355nm as an example, but it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention is also applicable to lasers with other wavelengths. The same reference numerals are used in the above-mentioned figures to designate substantially the same elements.

[0018] Such as figure 2 as shown, figure 2 It is the optical path diagram of the frequency tripled solid-state laser according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In the laser of this embodiment, mirrors 1, 3 and 4 form a resonant cavity. The laser medium 8 is arranged between the mirrors 3 and 4 . The pump light emitted by the pump source (not shown) acts on the laser medium 8 through the reflector 3, and the laser medium 8 generates the required fundamental frequency light with a wavelen...

Abstract

The invention relates to a triple-frequency solid laser which comprises a resonant cavity, a laser medium, a double-frequency crystal and a tripled-frequency crystal, wherein the resonant cavity is used for supporting fundamental-frequency light; the laser medium is arranged in the resonant cavity and used for generating the fundamental-frequency light; the double-frequency crystal is arranged in the resonant cavity and used for carrying through frequency doubling to the fundamental-frequency light so as to generate secondary harmonic light; the triple-frequency crystal is arranged in the resonant cavity and used for mixing the fundamental-frequency light and the secondary harmonic light so as to generate triple-frequency harmonic light; and a light emitting plane of the triple-frequency harmonic light of the triple-frequency crystal inclines according to a brewster angle of the fundamental-frequency light. The triple-frequency solid laser further comprises an output mirror which is used for educing the triple-frequency harmonic light out of the resonant cavity. By adopting the structures, the invention educes the required triple-frequency harmonic light out of the resonant cavity through increasing the output mirrors, thereby the output distance and the output difficulty of the triple-frequency harmonic light can be reduced, and simultaneously, the output direction of the triple-frequency harmonic light can be conveniently adjusted.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a solid-state laser, more specifically to a triple-frequency solid-state laser. 【Background technique】 [0002] In recent years, with the wide application of ultraviolet laser in laser cutting, laser marking and other laser fine processing fields. Frequency conversion technology (especially triple frequency conversion technology) has received widespread attention. Such as figure 1 as shown, figure 1 It is a frequency tripled laser disclosed in US Patent No. 5,850,407. exist figure 1 In the illustrated laser 20, mirrors 24a, 24b, 24c form a cavity 22 for supporting light at a fundamental frequency. A laser medium 30 for generating fundamental frequency light 26 is further arranged in the resonant cavity 22 . The fundamental frequency light 26 passes through the end faces 32a and 32b of the laser medium 30 for polarization selection, and generates P-polarized light whose polarization direction is shown by the mark 28 . A...
