The TD-SCDMA wireless communication system includes multiple base stations, mobile terminals and wireless network controllers. Each base station includes a GPS receiver to receive GPS satellite signals and realize synchronization among the base stations. In addition, the mobile terminal has an A-GPS receiver, so it can use relevant information from wireless networks and satellites for GPS positioning.
