When in use, the energy collecting equipment is used for collecting natural energies of wave energy and wind energy, and driving the air compression device to convert the natural energies into compressed gas energy which is stored inside the energy storage device for being converted into high-quality electric energy by the power generating equipment. Simultaneously, when the compressed gas energy passes through the aerodynamic condenser in the transmission process, the aerodynamic condenser condenses the moisture in the gas to achieve the separation of gas from water, so as to complete the function of fresh water extraction. In this way, the natural resources are converted into electric power resource and water power resource, without utilizing non-renewable resources again, so as to avoid pollutions to the surrounding environment.
