The present invention discloses a power variable-type motor driving circuit and driving method which can stably drive a motor by removing a rectifier capacitor causing an inrush current and correcting a PWM signal by a voltage having ripples. The power variable-type motor driving circuit includes an alternating current power supply unit, a diode rectifier circuit for rectifying power of the alternating current power supply unit, a PWM generating unit for generating a predetermined PWM signal according to the rectified voltage, a control unit for reading the rectified voltage, and correcting the PWM signal from the PWM generating unit according to the rectified voltage, and an inverter unit for outputting the rectified voltage according to the corrected PWM signal.
