Abstract

The invention relates to a nanometer modified bamboo charcoal shell carving and a manufacturing method thereof. The shell carving is characterized in that a natural shell is inlaid in a charcoal carving. The manufacturing method for the nanometer modified bamboo charcoal shell carving comprises: (1) taking bamboo and nanometer TiO2 as raw materials and adopting a pyrolysis process with charring temperature between 600 and 800 DEG C to prepare nanometer modified bamboo charcoal; (2) taking the nanometer modified bamboo charcoal as a raw material, well mixing 100 portions of nanometer modified bamboo charcoal with 1 to 11 portions of water-soluble adhesive, pouring a mixture of the nanometer modified bamboo charcoal and the water-soluble adhesive into a prefabricated die, molding and curing the mixture for 1 to 2 hours at normal temperature and carving the mixture into the charcoal carving; and (3) inlaying the natural shell in the charcoal carving so as to form the nanometer modified bamboo charcoal shell carving. Compared with the common charcoal carving, the shell carving not only has the functions of decorating indoors, purifying air and regulating humidity, but also can degrade adsorbed harmful gas into CO2 and H2O, thereby giving full play to adsorption performance and degradation functions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nano-modified bamboo charcoal shell carving and a manufacturing method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of nano-modified bamboo charcoal development of green and environment-friendly handicrafts. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of people's quality of life and the pursuit of returning to nature, people increasingly hope to use more healthy materials in the living space. Bamboo charcoal has good adsorption properties and is widely used in environmental pollution control. However, bamboo charcoal has the disadvantage of adsorption saturation. Nano-modified bamboo charcoal makes up for this deficiency, and can decompose organic pollutants into CO 2 and H 2 O. The charcoal carvings made of nano-modified bamboo charcoal can play both adsorption and degradation functions, and at the same time use natural shells as the mosaic graphics of charcoal carvings. [0003] There are no reports on the research...
