Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting onion rapeseed oil from onion rapeseeds through supercritical carbon dioxide, which belongs to the filed of processing of agricultural and sideline products and is specially used for developing and utilizing the onion rapeseed oil. The raw materials and the technology comprise the following: onion rapeseeds are dried and crushed and subjected to supercritical CO2 extraction; the extraction temperature is adjusted to be between 35 and 45 DEG C, the extraction pressure is adjusted to be between 15 and 25 MPa, and the extraction time is adjusted to be between 30 and 90 minutes; the onion rapeseed oil is obtained; and the purity of the onion rapeseed oil is more than 99.2 percent, and the yield of the onion rapeseed oil is 12.08 percent. The invention provides an advanced method for extracting the onion rapeseed oil. The method has the advantages of strong maneuverability, good safety, small damage to active ingredients, high yield and good repeatability.
