The chemical synthetic fiber material can be terylene, polypropylene fiber or polyamide fiber. Rough punctuated or angular crystals are formed on the surface of the fabric by the singeing process, thus improving roughness and frictional coefficient and enhancing antiskid property; the chemical synthetic fiber material is mixed with the water repellent, thus water can not infiltrate into the carpet and just rolls on the surface and the antiskid property is greatly improved.
