[0005]3. The industrialized treatment method is suitable for those large-scale, located in the outskirts of big cities, with developed economy, large population, land shortage, and insufficient farmland to absorb manure. Or for livestock and poultry farms that undergo natural treatment, only industrialized treatment methods can be used to treat the fecal sewage of livestock and poultry farms

The invention discloses a process for treating pig farm sewage with diatomaceous earth biomembrane, relating to the treating technology of high-concentration aquaculture sewage; the technology can be used for the integrated treatment of urine/feces water and washing water in large-scale pig farms; the processed water can reach the discharge standard stipulated in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding (GB18596-2001). The technology comprises the steps: diatomaceous earth microbodies are taken as a carrier material in water treatment and put in a denitrification area (2), an aerobic zone (4), a first settling areas (6) and (9) and a low oxygenated area (8); the biomembrane growing on the surface of the diatomaceous earth microbodies is utilized to degrade and de-nitrify the organics and ammonia nitrogen in the sewage, thereby obtaining biochemical effect significantly better than the traditional active sludge technique or the biomembrane technique; and the stuffing and settling zones also have the double functions of biodegradation and solid-liquid separation. Therefore, the technology realizes the integration of water treating functions, causes the outflow water to reach the discharge standard by one-time operation under the circumstance that a secondary settling tank is eliminated, and has the advantages of low investment, small covering area, low operating expense and no special maintenance.
Description
technical field [0001] The pig farm diatomite biofilm sewage treatment process involves high-concentration breeding sewage treatment technology, and is used for the integrated treatment of excrement water and flushing water in large-scale pig farms. Background technique [0002] At present, there are three main treatment methods for the sewage of large-scale pig farms or livestock and poultry farms: returning to the field, natural treatment and industrial treatment: [0003] 1. The method of returning to the field is a traditional, cost-effective disposal method. It is to apply feces and urine and flushing water to the soil, and the organic matter is decomposed and transformed into humus and plant growth factors in the soil, and organic nitrogen and phosphorus are transformed into inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus. Therefore, nutrient recycling can be realized and zero discharge of pollutants can be achieved. This method is suitable for large-scale livestock and poultry far...
