[0027] An agent for improving the wet rubbing fastness of dyed fabrics is characterized in that it is a nonionic polymer and its main component is a polyether hydrous compound. The wet rubbing fastness improving agent is composed of 10-30 parts of low hydrogen-containing silicone oil, polyurethane 30-60 parts of prepolymer, 20-40 parts of polypropylene ester copolymer, formed by copolymerization through the following steps (the stated parts are parts by weight):
