Problems solved by technology

[0004] At present, chlorophyll fluorescence detection mainly adopts fluorescence spectroscopy, which uses fluorescence measuring instruments such as modulated chlorophyll fluorescence instrument and fluorescence spectrophotometer to measure the emission fluorescence of fluorescence wavelength under monochromatic light excitation lighting conditions. The physical meaning of fluorescence in photosynthesis under natural conditions varies greatly, and it is difficult to be extended to remote sensing applications due to the limitations of use conditions (laser excitation, leaf contact measurement, etc.)

Embodiment Construction

[0023] The specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following examples are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0024] figure 1 It is the detection principle diagram of the vegetation fluorescence detection method of the present invention, wherein a, b respectively represent the intensity of the measured solar irradiance spectrum at the Fraunhofer dark line and adjacent spectral regions, and c, d represent the radiation reflected by the vegetation canopy respectively The intensity of the illuminance spectrum at the Fraunhofer dark line and adjacent spectral regions, λ 0 is the wavelength of the Fraunhofer dark line. If it is assumed that the canopy spectral reflectance of the vegetation on the Fraunhofer line and the adjacent spectral region is equal to R, and the fluorescence int...

Abstract

The invention discloses a vegetation fluorescent detection method under natural lighting and a device. The detection method comprises the following steps: under natural lighting, measuring incident energy of a fluorescent waveband and a reference waveband and reflection energy of the vegetation on the fluorescent waveband to be measured and the vegetation on the reference waveband; obtaining absolute fluorescence intensity of vegetation canopy according to the measured energy value. The method can more intuitively reflect the fluorescence information of photosynthesis under natural lighting and detect the fluorescence of the vegetation canopy. Owing to the characteristics of convenience, fastness, trueness and reliability, the device can be more easily used for aviation or satellite platforms and realize technical leap of the fluorescence detection from contact point measurement to large scale aviation or satellite remote sensing monitoring.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural remote sensing, in particular to a vegetation fluorescence detection method and device. Background technique [0002] Photosynthesis is the basis for all material metabolism and energy metabolism of plants. It includes a series of complex processes of photophysics, photochemistry and biochemical transformation. A portion of the light energy loss is released as longer wavelength fluorescence (typically less than 1% of the incident energy). It is of great scientific significance and application value to study and detect the fluorescence characteristics of photosynthesis under this natural condition. First, there is a very close relationship between chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthesis under natural conditions. On the one hand, when plants are exposed to excessive light conditions, fluorescence plays a very important protective role, preventing chloroplasts from absorbing light energy beyond the ...
