Abstract

The invention provides a method of handling a proactive command in a mobile system and an electronic system. A method of handling a proactive command in a mobile system having a subscriber identity card, executed by a micro-processing unit of a baseband chip, comprises: a response code is received from the subscriber identity card, wherein the response code indicates the mobile system to fetch the proactive command for a specific procedure; whether the mobile system is under a specific condition or not is determined after receiving the response code; and the response code is ignored until the specific condition is absent. The invention is capable of reducing the power consumption of the system when a mobile system having a plurality of subscriber identity modules handles a proactive command.
