Embodiment Construction

[0024] figure 1 A perspective view of an ejection tool 11 according to the invention is shown. The ejecting tool 11 includes an upper tool 12 and a lower tool 14 . This ejection tool 12 can be used for example in the appendix of patent publication DE102005005214A1 Figure 4 In the processing tool shown in. The upper tool 12 is a compound tool and accommodates a plurality of punching tools 16 each having a respective punch 17 whose geometry preferably differs from one another. The direction of the punch 17 is towards the lower tool 14 .

[0025] The punching tool 16 is accommodated on a tool base 18 . The tool base 18 accommodates a control disc 19, for example in figure 2 and 3 is shown in more detail. On the outside of this control disc 19 there are external teeth 21 for securing the control disc 19 in position relative to the punching tool 16 . A clamping sleeve 22 is arranged above the control panel 19, and the clamping sleeve is in particular threaded ( image 3 ) ...

Abstract

A plate-type workpiece part ejector tool includes an upper tool portion and a lower tool portion. The upper tool portion includes a tool body, and a plurality of cutting tools that carried by the tool body. Each of the cutting tools includes a guide body having a punch. The lower tool portion has a single ejection opening. The ejection opening has at least one counter-cutting edge. The cutting tools are accommodated in the tool body so as to be movable relative to the lower tool portion, such that each of the cutting tools is optionally alignable with the counter cutting-edge.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an ejection tool for machining workpieces, in particular for ejecting workpieces cut by a cutting beam, said workpieces comprising at least one residual part of a metal sheet according to the preamble of claim 1 . Background technique [0002] Machine tools are intended for processing sheet-shaped materials, in particular sheet metal or sheet metal, in which machine tools the processing of the sheet-shaped material is carried out by means of a cutting beam, preferably a laser beam. During this machining, workpieces of different sizes are produced, as well as remnants or scrapped parts. These surplus or discarded parts must be disposed of in an operationally reliable manner. Very large residual material fractions can be disposed of, for example, through baffles in the machining base of the machine tool, into a collection container. After the residual material part has been completely detached from the sheet material or metal ...
