Abstract

The invention relates to an active component array substrate, which includes an substrate, a pixel array as well as a virtual pixel array. The substrate has a display section and a non-display section beside the display section, and the non-display section has multiple virtual pixel sections. The pixel array is configured in the display section. The virtual pixel group is configured in the non-display section, and is electrically connected with the pixel array. The virtual pixel group includes multiple transistors which are respectively configured in these virtual pixel sections. A number of transistors are in the virtual pixel section. The active component array substrate provided by the invention can effectively add ESD protection capability to the active component array substrate, and reduces chance of rejects in the manufacturing operation of active component array substrate, thereby reducing cost of manufacture and adding yield of product.
