Abstract

A method for movably collecting, conveying, dedusting and desulfurizing dust of coke oven coke guide belongs to the separation type (B01D) of physical or chemical methods. The method solves the disadvantages that the design and arrangement of prior collecting and conveying pipeline are complicated, the operation is inconvenient, the resistance loss is huge, the energy consumption is high, and the investment is huge and the like. A movable bolt and a supporting rod are arranged on a coke guide so as to fix and support a dust hood, and connected with a flue by a movable joint. A draught fan makes the smoke dust generated in the coke guiding process pass through the dust hood for collection, and then the smoke dust enters an internal channel by a U-shaped flue. The smoke gas purified by a plurality of comprehensive effects including spraying, gravity settling and impact wet dedusting and desulfuration and the like enters an external-connected pipe duct for secondary purification, and finally the clean gas reaching the discharge standard is discharged. The water storing bent channel between a baffle plate and the tank bottom is designed in an unobstructed manner so as to ensure that the U-shaped flue is capable of moving in liquid.
