Problems solved by technology

In the process of processing, it is necessary to coat the surface of the fabric or non-woven roll-type composite substrate with hot melt adhesive, and then punch it out, and paste the punched composite substrate on the composite fabric, and the blanked composite substrate Composite substrates that are still in the form of rolls but with several punching holes become useless waste products, and the hot melt adhesive adhered to the surface is discarded, which causes waste of resources and increases production costs

Embodiment Construction

[0013] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0014] The reversible hot-melt adhesive waste recovery device of the present invention comprises: a frame 1, a motor 7, a cloth guide roller 9, an active heating roller 4-1, a passive adding roller 4-2, a scraper 3 and a glue collecting tank 5 . The active heating roller 4-1 is installed on the frame 1 through the sleeves at both ends, and is connected with the motor 7; the passive heating roller 4-2 is installed on the frame 1 through the slider 6, and is connected with the active heating roller 4- 1 is parallel to each other; the outer end of the slider 6 is connected to the vertically arranged overturning cylinder 2; in this way, the movement of the overturning cylinder drives the passive heating roller 4-2 to move, thereby realizing the compression and separation of the active heating roller 4-1 . When the active heating roller 4-1 is driven by the moto...

Abstract

The invention provides a recovery unit for a reversible hot melt adhesive waste material, which comprises a stander, a motor, a fabric guide roller, heating rollers, scrapers and an adhesive-gathering groove, wherein two heating rollers are correspondingly arranged on the stander, and one heating roller is connected with the motor and is taken as an active heating roller to drive the other passive heating roller contacted with the active heating roller to rotate; the fabric guide roller is arranged on the stander to guide a composite substrate waste coiled material to pass through between the two heating rollers; the stander is also provided with three scrapers which are contacted with the surfaces of the two heating rollers and a glue surface of the composite substrate waste coiled material; and the below of the scrapers is provided with the adhesive-gathering groove. During work, the two heating rollers heat and melt an reversible hot melt adhesive on the surface of the composite substrate waste coiled material; the scrapers scrape away the reversible hot melt adhesive adhered to the surfaces of the active heating roller, the passive heating roller and the composite substrate waste coiled material; and the reversible hot melt adhesive falls into the adhesive-gathering groove. The recovery unit has a reasonable structure, and can effectively recover the reversible hot melt adhesive on the surface of the composite substrate waste coiled material, save resources and reduce the cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a recycling device for reversible hot melt adhesive waste. Background technique [0002] Hot-melt adhesive is an ideal environment-friendly adhesive material, which is widely used in the bonding of embroidery labels, armbands, and trademarks. It is suitable for the fields of clothing, shoes and hats, luggage, medical treatment, military coats, sportswear, and toy products. In the process of processing, it is necessary to coat the surface of the fabric or non-woven roll-type composite substrate with hot melt adhesive, and then punch it out, and paste the punched composite substrate on the composite fabric, and the blanked composite substrate The composite base material that is still roll-shaped but has several punching holes has become a useless waste product, and the hot melt adhesive adhered to its surface is all discarded, thus causing waste of resources and increasing production costs. With the increase of market competitio...
