The invention establishes a totally-closed transformer oil treatment system and utilizes an oil inlet, an oil outlet and a gas main pipe to connect the oil charging equipment, a vacuum oil purifier, a vacuum machine set, a dry air generator and a special-purpose oil storage tank into closed integration in order to make the whole transformer oil treatment be carried out in a closed system. An oil filter with oil filtering accuracy being more than 1mu m is adopted. The pressure resistance index of the transformer oil can reach the requirements of more than or equal to 70kV, and the graininess index can reach the requirements of smaller than or equal to 900 / 100ml (graininess more than 5mu m ) after oil treatment.
