A power supply module, a microprocessor module, more than one switching value input module, an input register, an output register, a switching value output module, a communication module and a jump relay are arranged in each set of programmable logic controller. A main module, a D register and a second counter are arranged in the microprocessor module in each set of programmable logic controller. A service interruption module and a logic operation module are arranged in the main module. The input signal of the switching value input module is stored in the input register for the logic operation module to carry out emergency stop logic operation. The operation result is stored in the output register in the microprocessor module and is sent to the jump relay through the switching value output module to be carried out by the jump relay. Data registered in the input register, output register and the D register in the microprocessor module are respectively transmitted with each communication module in the upper computer by each communication module through network.
