The adoption of 29 parts by weight of natural rubber reduces the cost of raw materials and the tread rubber and causes the tread rubber to be more competitive in the market. The preparation process adopts two-section thin-pass plastication which is carried out for 10-12 times and a thin-pass mixing method and improves the uniformity and the physical property of the tread rubber.
