Abstract

The invention relates to a method for drying a hermetic compressor by ohmic heating and belongs to the mechanotronics technology field. Dryness of a compressor is directly related to normal working of a refrigerating system, and the whole compressor is placed into a dry box for drying in the prior art, which has the disadvantages of great energy consumption, low drying efficiency and poor drying effect. In the drying method, low-voltage AC is led into windings of a motor of the compressor, and a closed shell is heated by heat generation of the windings when operation of vacuumization and nitrogen gas introduction are performed to discharge vapor in the shell. An automatic-regulation silicon-controlled voltage-regulation transformer is adopted to supply heating power supply, thus realizingautomatic control of temperature in the shell. The compressor is then dried. The method has the following advantages of good drying effect due to simultaneous operation of heating and vacuumization, high electric energy utilization rate and energy saving due to energization in the windings, reduced drying operation time of single product and improved efficiency, and high automaticity and labor force saving.
