Problems solved by technology

In order to meet the needs of cell culture, we have used polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and other materials to make bottles separately, and found that the bottles made of these three materials have different degrees of influence on cells. growth; then found that the bottle made of EVA material is more conducive to the growth of cells, the density and expression of cell culture are higher, but its material is soft, which is not conducive to the molding of products

Embodiment 1

[0035] Embodiment 1, use polyethylene and polyethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer to make cell culture bottle, it is first raw material granule PE and EVA are mixed according to the ratio of 8: 2, then carry out granulation by twin-screw extruder; The pellets are blown into bottles by blowing equipment.

[0036] The granulation equipment uses a twin-screw extruder with a diameter of 65mm, and its working parameters are:

[0037] Temperature 1 section 210°C, 2 sections 200°C, 3 sections 195°C, 4 sections 190°C;

[0038] Extrusion pressure 85 pounds;

[0039] Raw material granules are dried with a dryer for standby

[0040] Drying parameters Temperature 65°C-70°C

[0041] Time 90 minutes

[0042] Forming (preform → bottle blowing) is processed by 2-step blowing

[0043] 1. The tube embryo is formed by injection molding

[0044] The equipment is a 300g-450g injection molding machine, and the working parameters are as follows:

Embodiment 2

[0056] Embodiment 2, use polyethylene and polyethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer to make cell culture bottle, it is first raw material granule PE and EVA are mixed according to the ratio of 7: 3, then carry out granulation by twin-screw extruder; The pellets are blown into bottles by blowing equipment. Granulation mode and bottle blowing mode after its mixing are the same as in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing a cell culture flask by polyethylene and polyethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The method is characterized by comprising the steps of firstly mixing rawmaterial grains PE and EVA by proportion, subsequently re-granulating by a dual-screw extruder, and finally blowing the grains into the flask. The proportions of the PE and EVA are 60-80% and 20-40%respectively. The method has the advantages that 1. the flask is prepared by adding suitable amount of EVA in the PE, the product is beneficial for shaping; simultaneously the inside of the flask wallis provided with slight unevenness when observed under a microscope, the contact area of the cell culture liquid level and the flask wall is further enlarged, the oxygen transmission is increased, thus being beneficial for the cell culture; 2. the plastic has low cost, can be sterilized and used repeatedly; and 3. simultaneously the PE and EVA belong to degradable components.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cell culture bottle, in particular to using polyethylene (PE) and polyethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) to make the cell culture bottle. Background technique [0002] my country is a big plastic country, with abundant plastic resources and cheap prices. In order to meet the needs of cell culture, we have used polycarbonate (PC), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and other materials to make bottles separately, and found that the bottles made of these three materials have different degrees of influence on cells. It was found that the bottle made of EVA material is more conducive to the growth of cells, and the density and expression of cell culture are higher, but its soft material is not conducive to the molding of products. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to overcome the above technical defects and be more beneficial to cell culture, the present invention provides a process and method for making cell c...
