Abstract

The invention relates to a chemical color paste used in industries of textile coatings and synthetic leather and a preparation method thereof. The waterborne general color paste consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 30 to 50 percent of deionized water, 5 to 10 percent of emulsifying agent, 25 to 40 percent of toner, 2 to 5 percent of dispersing agent, 1 to 5 percent of defoaming agent, 0.1 to 2 percent of mildew inhibitor, 1 to 5 percent of humectant and 1 to 5 percent of antifreezing agent. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the matt coating. Compared with the traditional various waterborne color pastes used in textile coatings and synthetic leather, the color paste of the invention can form a smooth dry film, has improved viscosity, can be stored for a long time without getting mildew and avoids agglomerating at a low temperature; and the color paste has the characteristics of wide application range, good compatibility, stable long-time storage and the like.
