Along with the development of computer control technology, the traditional relay control technique is inevitably substituted by PLC control technique based on computer technology. Because of the excellent performance of the PLC, a temperature control system based on PLC control is economy, efficient, stable and easy to maintain. In order to keep an LCD normally working at the temperature lower than the normal working temperature of the LCD, a special LCD working at low temperature is required or a heating apparatus needs to be added on a common LCD. The present invention is designed to add a temperature control device on a common LCD so that the LCD can normally work at temperature lower than the normal working temperature of the LCD.
