Abstract

The pulse driving circuit comprises a semiconductor laser trigger circuit and a pulse current source circuit, wherein the input end of the pulse current source circuit is connected with an external connected trigger pulse; the output end is connected with the grid of a field-effect tube; the field-effect tube is controlled to switch on and off by the input trigger pulse. The pulse current source circuit comprises a filter circuit, a differentiating circuit and a circuit source circuit.
