The invention discloses an anaerobic bioreactor of an air-lift type expanded bed, which comprises an anaerobic bioreactor body, a granular sludge group diffuser, a lower gas shunting chamber, an upper gas shunting chamber, a three-phase separator, a solid-liquid separation chamber, a gas collecting apparatus and the like, wherein a lateral wall of the anaerobic bioreactor body is provided with a back flow pipe, a gas discharge pipe, an upper mud pipe and a water outlet pipe in turn from top to bottom; the middle part of the three-phase separator is provided with the back flow pipe which passes through the lateral wall of the anaerobic bioreactor body; the solid-liquid separation chamber is arranged outside the three-phase separator; a water outlet ring cavity is formed between the outer wall of the solid-liquid separation chamber and the inner wall of the reactor body; the top part of the solid-liquid separation chamber is communicated with the gas collecting apparatus; and the gas collecting apparatus is provided with a gas collecting pipe and a marsh gas discharge pipe.
