The general formula of the liquid polyether polymer compound is R1-O-[CH2-CH(R2)-O]n-R3, wherein R1, R2 and R3 are hydrogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy, aryl or acyl. The cleaning agent cleans the inner wall of petrochemical equipment below 100 DEG C in a pump circulation mode.
