Abstract

The invention relates to a single liquid type hardenable slurry for backfill grouting in tunnel shield construction, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 8-15% of fly ash, 2-8.5% of desulfurized gypsum without heat treatment, 4-8% of milled slag powder, 2.5-4% of bentonite, 50-70% of fine sand, 0.3-0.6% of water reducing agent, 0-0.1% of cellulose ether and balance of water, wherein the total weight of the components is 100%. The slurry of the invention has the following properties: the consistency value of the slurry is 9-11.5cm, the bleeding rate is less than or equal to 5%, and the density is greater than 2000kg / m<3>; the slurry can be solidified after one day, the strength of the slurry can reach 0.4MPa after three days, and the strength of the slurry can reach more than 2MPa after seven days; simultaneously, the properties of the slurry can be effectively controlled by regulating the mixing amount of additives to adapt to the requirements of different construction environments; after the slurry is solidified, the volume shrinkage is small; the slurry has a function of resisting vibration liquefaction; and the slurry has the advantages of simple proportioning, low cost and convenient construction management.
