Abstract

The cell charge-discharge device comprises a plurality of charge-discharge modules. Each charge-discharge module comprises a current-limiting transistor, a current-limiting resistor, a charge control unit and a discharge control unit, wherein the charge control unit and the discharge control unit are in a voltage tracing mode. When the charge-discharge modules charge a cell, the charge control units limit the voltages of the current-limiting transistors and the current-limiting resistors within a fixed value. When the cell is discharged, the discharge control units limit the voltages at two ends of the current-limiting transistors and the current-limiting resistors, which are in parallel connection, within a fixed value and feed the energy discharged by the cell back to a power supply. The cell charge-discharge device reduces the heat loss generated by the current-limiting transistors and achieves the purposes of not only improving the utilization rate of energy sources, but also meeting specifications of safety regulations on the energy source recycling ofcell discharge, thereby according with the trend calling for environmental protection and energy saving all over the world at present.
