Embodiment 1

[0030] Firstly, take 40 parts of bio-oil and add it to 60 parts of biodiesel at a uniform speed, then add 4 parts of emulsifying aid to the mixture, and stir the mixture for about 20 minutes to make it fully mixed. Then the mixture of the three liquids was transferred to an oil bath at 30° C. and heated for 15 minutes while stirring the mixture at a speed of 1200 rpm (revolutions per minute). Finally, the mixture was allowed to stand for 8 hours to obtain the mixed fuel of bio-oil and biodiesel in the upper layer, and the bio-oil layer rich in pyrolytic lignin in the lower layer. By measurement, 73 parts of the upper layer solution and 27 parts of the lower layer solution were obtained, so 32.5v.% (v.% refers to volume percentage) of the original bio-oil entered the bio-oil / biodiesel blended fuel.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing mixed fuel of bio-oil and biodiesel. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) weighing 40 parts of bio-oil based on a volume ratio, adding the bio-oil to 60 parts of biodiesel at a constant speed, further adding 4 parts of auxiliary emulsifier to the mixture of bio-oil and biodiesel, and stirring the mixture for 20 minutes to ensure that the bio-oil, biodiesel and auxiliary emulsifier can be mixed fully; 2) transferring the mixture of bio-oil, biodiesel and auxiliary emulsifier to an oil-bath pan at the temperature of 30 DEG C, and heating the mixture for 15 minutes while stirring the mixture at 1,200RPM; 3) allowing the mixture to stand for 8 hours to obtain the bio-oil / biodiesel mixed fuel in the upper layer and the pyrolytic-lignin-rich bio-oil layer in the lower layer.
