Abstract

The invention discloses a brazed pipe joint and a manufacturing method thereof. The pipe joint comprises a metal pipe body which is provided with pores; the outer surface of the pipe body is provided with a convex ring; and the pipe joint is characterized in that the inner surface of the metal pipe body is provided with an approximately V-shaped annular groove positioned on the inner wall of the pipe body where the convex ring is positioned. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a metal blank pipe; and (2) stamping the blank pipe in a bottom die by using a stamping die to make part of the blank pipe body deformed and expanded outwards so as to form a pipe blank of which the outer wall is provided with the convex ring and the inner wall is provided with the V-shaped annular groove positioned on the inner wall of the pipe body, and taking the obtained finished product as the pipe joint directly or after aftertreatment. The brazed pipe joint and the manufacturing method thereof have the advantages of more simplified manufacturing process, higher production efficiency and lower manufacturing cost.
