Abstract

The invention discloses a speckle making method for deformation measurement in high temperature environment, which comprises the following five steps of: 1, preparing a testpiece: processing a to-be-tested testpiece material into the required size, cleaning the surface by using acetone, and wiping and drying by using cotton balls; 2, diluting a liquid component of a high-temperature inorganic adhesive suitable for high temperature with not less than 1,200 DEG C by using alcohol in a ratio of 7:3 in a container, and uniformly stirring; 3, adding 10 weight percent of CoO powder into the diluted liquid component of the high-temperature inorganic adhesive; 4, randomly spotting, spraying or splashing the solution added with the CoO powder on the surface of the cleaned and dried testpiece with a brush or dropper; and 5, standing at room temperature for at least 24 hours, and drying and curing the surface of the tespiece to complete the speckle making. The speckle is high-temperature resistant, and can be used as a carrier of full-field deformation information on the surface of a material in the high temperature environment. The speckle making method has the advantages of novel concept, simple and convenient operation and strong practicability.
