The optical pattern method has the advantages achieving required properties of ultrahigh precision, real-time high speed and high resolution by selecting suitable components and corresponding software algorithms. In the method, a sub-micron array image detector and an advanced deep sub-pixel algorithm can be adopted to achieve the high enough measurement precision.
