Problems solved by technology

Although the above-mentioned UV-curable coatings can be used as topcoats for wood, leather and metal, etc., they are prone to scratches and wear-resistant when they are applied to decorative panels such as painted panels, wall decorative panels, and cement fiberboards. Defects such as poor resistance, hardness and low adhesion make the surface of the cured paint film rough, with bubbles, pinholes, shrinkage cavities, poor leveling, etc.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of building coatings, in particular to an ultraviolet curing coating which is widely used for building decorative boards such as coating boards, wall-surface decorative boards, cement fiberboards and the like. The ultraviolet curing coating comprises the following components in part by weight: 20 to 90 parts of ultraviolet curing resin, 3 to 40 parts of active diluent, 5 to 20 parts of active amine and 3 to 10 parts of photoinitiator. Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, after the coating is subjected to film forming and cured, film layers do not contain acrylate monomers with poor wear-resisting property, and therefore have high wear resistance, rigidity and adhesion; simultaneously, the varieties and using amount of the active diluent are adjusted reasonably so as to avoid the phenomena that the surfaces of cured paint films are rough, bubbles, needle eyes, shrinkage cavities, poor levelling exist on the surfaces and the like in the prior art.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of architectural coatings, in particular to an ultraviolet curing coating widely used in architectural decorative panels such as painted panels, wall decorative panels, and cement fiberboards. Background technique [0002] UV-curable coating is a kind of photo-curable coating developed in recent years. Compared with traditional photo-curable coating, UV-curable coating has a higher solid content, so the production efficiency is high. At the same time, its drying time is also shorter. Although the above-mentioned UV-curable coatings can be used as topcoats for wood, leather, and metal, etc., they are prone to scratches and wear-resistant when they are applied to building decorative panels such as painted panels, wall decorative panels, and cement fiberboards. Defects such as poor resistance, low hardness and low adhesion make the surface of the cured paint film rough, with bubbles, pinholes, shrinkage caviti...
