The method comprises the following steps of: defining a data table to be backed up, directly filling a table name of the data table in a service data table file and indicating whether the data of the service table is added or updated; connecting a backup database after the data table to be backed up is well defined, analyzing the storage process according to the well-defined data table and finally generating an SQL (Structured Query Language) script statement set which can be directly executed and used for inserting updating; and packaging the generated SQL script statement set to acquire a data recovery file. The invention can realize high-efficiency and flexible data incremental backup.
