Problems solved by technology

At present, there are very few studies on the fluorescence of 3-(5-tetrazolium)-benzoic acid and its metal coordination polymers at home and abroad. Therefore, it is possible to design and synthesize such compounds for their synthesis, structure and luminescent properties. Luminescent compounds with high fluorescence quantum yield, broadening the screening range of luminescent compounds

Embodiment 1

[0011] Weigh 3-cyanobenzoic acid sodium (0.5mmol), sodium azide (1.0mmol), cadmium nitrate (0.5mmol) and 2,2-bipyridine (0.5mmol), add 8mL of water as a solvent, put into a sealed In a 25mL polytetrafluoroethylene reactor, heat up to 170-190°C, keep the temperature constant for 2-4 days, and then cool down to room temperature to obtain crystals. Through X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis, it was determined that the crystal was [Cd 4 (3-tzba) 2 (N 3 ) 4 (2,2-bipy) 2 (H 2 O)] 3H 2 O.

Embodiment 2

[0013] The prepared crystal was ground uniformly to obtain a solid powder, and the fluorescence luminescence performance test was carried out on an Edinburgh EI920 fluorometer. The results showed that the compound emitted strong fluorescence near 490nm under the irradiation of 350-360nm ultraviolet light.

Abstract

The invention relates to a metal coordination polymer fluorescence luminescent material and synthesis and application thereof. The luminescent material is [Cd4(3-tzba)2(N3)4(2,2-bipy)2(H2O)].3H2O, wherein 3-H2tzba is 3-(5-tetrazole)-benzoic acid and is completely dehydrogenated to form 3-tzba; and 2,2-bipy is 2,2-bipyridine. The crystallographic parameters of the compound are that: the space group is Pna21(No.33), the single cell parameter is alpha, which is equal to beta, gamma and 90 degrees; Z is equal to 4; and the compound with single cell volume is prepared by using in-situ hydrothermal reaction. The compound generates fluorescence with wavelength of about 490nm under radiation of ultraviolet with wavelength of between 350 and 360nm, and actually visible light is converted from ultraviolet light, so that the material can be widely used for light energy conversion. The material is used for manufacturing a fluorescence luminescent device.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a metal coordination polymer fluorescent luminescent material (molecular formula is C) formed by 3-(5-tetrazolium)-benzoic acid and cadmium 36 h 32 Cd 4 N 24 o 8 ) synthesis, crystal growth and application. Background technique [0002] The phenomenon that a substance absorbs the irradiation of an external light source, obtains energy, and generates excitation to cause light emission is called photoluminescence, and the most common ones are fluorescence and phosphorescence, among which fluorescence is a cold luminescence phenomenon of photoluminescence. When material molecules or atoms absorb incident light of a certain wavelength (usually ultraviolet or X-rays) and are excited, and emit light with a longer wavelength than the incident light (usually with a wavelength in the visible light band), it is called fluorescence. Relatively speaking, the study of fluorescence emission is more in-depth and its application is more e...
