Problems solved by technology

[0004] Because of cost considerations, commercially available soaps often use animal fats, such as: lard, butter, or even cooking oil, etc. Although animal fats are cheap, they can easily block pores when used. It is very bad for the skin

Embodiment 1

[0019] Take palm oil as 1 part by mass, olive oil as 7 parts, sodium hydroxide as 1 part, water as 4 parts, and pearl powder as 0.13 parts.

[0020] The first step is to weigh the olive oil and palm oil according to the required weight, put them together in a stainless steel container or a heat-resistant glass container, heat through water, and when all the oils used become liquid oil, turn off the heat and cool down to 45°C;

[0021] The second step is to weigh water and sodium hydroxide according to their weight, slowly add sodium hydroxide to the water, and stir rapidly with an alkali-resistant stirrer while adding, until the sodium hydroxide is completely dissolved in water, cool to 40°C;

[0022] The third step, when the temperature of the alkali solution and the oil reaches the required temperature, slowly pour the alkali solution into the oil container, and stir it quickly with an alkali-resistant stirrer while pouring until the soap liquid changes from a water-like li...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of cleaning products, in particular to a method for preparing beautifying perfumed soap. The beautifying perfumed soap comprises the following components in parts by mass: 6-7 parts of olive oil, 1 part of palm oil, 1 part of sodium hydroxide, 4-5 parts of water and 0.065-0.26 part of pearl powder or essential oil, wherein the olive oil, the palm oil, the sodium hydroxide and the water are used as main raw materials; and the pearl powder and the essential oil are used as auxiliary raw materials for adding as required. The method comprises the following steps of: filling olive oil and palm oil into a stainless steel container or a heat resistant glass container, heating by insolating water and cooling to 45-50 DEG C; slowly adding sodium hydroxide into water; after the sodium hydroxide is completely dissolved into water, cooling to 40-50 DEG C; slowly pouring an alkali solution into a container loaded with oil and rapidly stirring until soap liquid is thick; adding the pearl powder and the essential oil and uniformly stirring; pouring the stirred soap liquid into a die and demoulding after 24 hours; and then placing the soap liquid at normal temperature environment for saponifying for 4-8 weeks. The handmade soap prepared by the invention has the advantages of high grade of adopted grease, simple and safe preparation process and no any additive and can be used for washing the face and the hair and bathing; and because glycerol is still retained in the perfumed soap, the beautifying perfumed soap not only can have the effect of cleaning but also can protect the skin and hair.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of washing products, in particular to a method for making cosmetic soap. . Background technique [0002] Generally, soaps produced by general machines often add some chemical substances and preservatives because the oil grades used are not high. After use, the natural oils of the skin will be taken away together. The glycerin produced is a by-product and also has the important effect of calming and softening the skin, but the glycerin in machine-made soaps has already been removed or extracted during the production process for other cosmetics, so machine-made soaps cannot Fully meet the needs of consumers. [0003] Most of the commercially available soaps are made by the thermal method, which is more economical, and glycerin is produced during the soap making process, so glycerin is generally extracted, because the value of glycerin is much higher than that of soap. The leftover soap, coupled with artificial chemic...
