Abstract

The invention relates to a method for measuring gloss of a coating paint film of a solvent-type bicomponent polyurethane wood paint. The method comprises the following steps of: selecting a black paster density board with a smooth surface as a bottom board, manufacturing a test board; and then detecting a gloss degree of a test board paint film by utilizing a glossmeter. Because the black paster density board is utilized in the measurement method when the glossiness of a product matched with a wood paint is detected, the black paster density board is treated by a priming paint and then can react with a surface paint to generate an anchoring resultant force, a detected gloss value approaches a construction site process and can accurately reflect the actual gloss. Through comparison tests, people find that the gloss degrees are 39 and 40 respectively when a glass board is utilized as a substrate and sprayed with a true color priming paint or a clear surface paint, which are higher than those (31 and 32 respectively) of an actual board on a site; in the invention, the gloss degrees are 32 and 33 respectively when the paster density board is utilized as the substrate and sprayed with the true color priming paint or the clear surface paint, which are almost the consistent with those (31 and 32 respectively) of the actual board on the site.
