Abstract

The invention discloses a diesel engine gear train transmission device with an exceeding belt pulley changing an engine belt pulley into an exceeding belt pulley as an improvement. The diesel engine gear train transmission system comprises a shock absorber belt pulley, an idler pulley, a water pump belt pulley, the exceeding belt pulley, a transmission belt and a tensioning pulley, wherein the exceeding belt pulley is composed of a belt plate, an inner ring frame, an outer ring frame, contact type seals, a radial needle roller bearing, a seal washer and a shaft sleeve; the inner ring frame and the outer ring frame are arranged between the belt pulley and the shaft sleeve; the belt plate and the end surface of one side of the inner ring frame are provided with the contact type seals; and a space formed by the inner ring frame and the outer ring frame is provided with a clutch roller and a spring. By removing the connection between the belt and an engine shaft of the exceeding belt pulley, the weight of the engine is relieved from the torque vibration, thus the transmission belt only can drive the engine in single direction, the excessive sliding and shaking of the belt can be avoided in the accelerating and decelerating processes of the engine, and the influence of the engine on the belt driving system is reduced.
