Abstract

The tread rubber consists of the following materials in part by mass: 100 parts of tread rubber, 0 to 10 parts of ultrafine fully-vulcanized powdered styrene butadiene rubber (UFPSBR), 50 parts of carbon black, 1 part of accelerator CZ, 2.5 parts of anti-aging agent 4010NA, 3 parts of stearic acid, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 1.8 to 2.5 parts of sulfur, 6 parts of aromatic oil and 1 part of liquid wax. The manufacturing method comprises: adding the ultrafine fully-vulcanized powdered styrene butadiene rubber (UFPSBR) into three common tread rubber systems; and pretreating the UFPSBR by using silane coupling agent KH550 and saturated saline solution respectively.
