The system comprises a television set top box end connected with a broadcast television network, a cell phone end connected with a mobile communication network and a computer end connected with the internet. The television set top box end is provided with a Bluetooth or WIFI (Wireless Fidelity) communication interface and has a storage function; the cell phone end is a smart phone with a Bluetooth or WIFI function; and the computer end is provided with a Bluetooth or WIFI communication interface.
