The invention provides a complete redundancy testing apparatus control system of a direct-current valve cooling unit. The complete redundancy testing apparatus control system consists of two sets of programmable logic controllers, four sets of input/output modules, an acquisition measuring system, a synchronization module, a redundancy human-machine interface system, and a redundancy power supply and distribution system. According to the control system, complete redundancy configuration of software and hardware including hardware configuration, system power supply, main equipment control, instrument monitoring, signal acquisition processing, a human-machine interface, remote communication, operation data, parameter value setting, fault determination, and time-delay alarming and the like is realized. All electromechanical units and the sensor of the system are monitored and work automatically by a PLC; and instant exchange of the human being and the machine can be realized by a friendly interface of an MP operation panel. Operation parameters and alarm information bars of the system are transmitted to a main controller instantly; and the direct-current valve cooling unit can be operated and controlled remotely by the main controller, thereby realizing seamless joint of the valve cooling system and the host.
